Domanic Griffin
Domanic is the Founder and Executive Director of Sounds of Joy Project. With over seventeen years of experience in aerospace defense systems, Domanic brings strategic vision and operational expertise to the organization's mission. As a devoted mother of a leukemia survivor, she understands firsthand the resilience of young cancer warriors and their families. Driven by her personal journey, Domanic founded Sounds of Joy Project to create personalized celebration that honor the strength and courage of children who have completed cancer treatment.

President
Shimar Griffin
Shimar brings over ten years of experience in military defense quality control and is currently pursuing a business degree at Collin College. An outgoing, self-motivated leader and proud father of a graduate son, he is deeply passionate about mentorship, personal growth, community impact, and leadership development. Shimar is fully dedicated to the mission of Sounds of Joy Project and committed to helping the organization grow and serve families with purpose and integrity.

Secretary
Luzy Roca
Luzy brings a strong professional background in the medical field and event coordination to her role as Secretary at Sounds of Joy Project. Her experience in care, organization, and communication equips her to keep the team structured and effective. Guided by a personal connection to childhood cancer, her child is a proud leukemia survivor. Luzy is committed to serving families with both expertise and heart.

Myles Longmires
Myles is the owner of Superior Haul Co and brings over eight years of professional experience to his role as Treasurer. A dedicated family man with a wife and twin teenagers, Myles is known for his passion, integrity, and unwavering commitment to supporting the mission of Sounds of Joy Project.

Event Coordinator
Rhea Scott
Rhea brings over fifteen years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong background in leadership and community-focused service. As a mother of identical twins who have both battled cancer, her advocacy is deeply personal. Rhea channels that experience into her role as a board member, committed to supporting families and making a lasting impact for those affected by cancer.
